Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Middle Recruitment Specialist who enjoys managing the full hiring process and working closely with hiring managers. If you like structuring your work, keeping track of progress, and improving recruitment efficiency, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment: From sourcing to offer negotiation, managing multiple roles across various departments.
- Data-driven decision-making: Analyze recruitment funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize hiring strategies.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Market research & benchmarking: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Proactive sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and niche communities) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Candidate experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging journey for candidates from the first touchpoint to onboarding.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1,5+ years of experience in recruitment (Tech/NON Tech roles).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in sourcing through multiple channels and using Boolean search.
- Ability to structure hiring processes, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment automation tools.
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+ level), both written and spoken.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in project-based recruitment: treating each vacancy as a structured hiring project.
