About Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales & Solution Architect who will work exclusively on pre-sales with the main focus on business solutions architecture.

As a Pre-Sales & Solutions Architect of P2H Arabia, you will closely collaborate with the Sales Team, Technical Team, and PMO. You’ll report to the Pre-Sales Director P2H Arabia.

Your impact

  • Work as mainly indoor pre-sales consultant
  • Engage with client stakeholders to analyze business needs and propose technology solutions
  • Manage RFPs, ensuring solution alignment and preparing technical proposals, cost sheets, and commercial offers
  • Translate business requirements into technical workflows and specifications
  • Develop technical specifications for software development
  • Create High Level and Low-Level Documents for product integration
  • Identify opportunities for new platform features and collaborate with product management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to innovate and develop solutions
  • Prototype and evaluate APIs for third-party integrations
  • Coordinate security conversions and data migrations
  • Generate flow diagrams and interaction diagrams
  • Provide technical support to the sales team and customers, including demonstrations and RFP responses
  • Deliver presentations on product capabilities to internal teams and prospects

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has at least 5 years of experience in software solutions and is proficient in Solutions Architecture and system development using Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Has at least 3 years of experience in pre-sales — as a must
  • Has experience in large-scale project implementation, and enterprise solutions — as a must
  • Has experience with the Saudi Market and Etimad portal
  • Has experience with TOGAF, including the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM). TOGAF certification will be an advantage
  • Is a native Arabic speaker and has at least Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
  • Has an understanding of IoT and Smart Cities Solutions
  • Has experience in software development, preferably in backend development utilizing Java, databases, and integration with third-party services
  • Is proficient in web services, SQL, and networking
  • Has strong analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous requirements into actionable development tasks
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Has experience in adhering to secure code development guidelines and coding practices

  • Final interview with Pre-Sales Director — up to 1 hour.
