One of the crucial directions of P2H is creating a great workplace for employees. Our People Partner’s Team invites a Resource Manager to make it happen together.

As a Resource Manager, you will focus on talent support and retention, resource management, cooperation with Delivery and creating sufficient internal staffing strategy.

Additionally, your impact will include maintaining talent reports, advising Project Managers and Delivery Managers on available skill sets, and facilitating ongoing specialists’ involvement in projects.

Your impact

  • Coordinate staffing processes for specific vacancies/project, share location capability in the technology segment, participate in staffing strategy development for specific projects and positions
  • Create PDPs (Personal Development Plans) and Performance review procedures
  • Guide employee on the most demanded/actual skills to be developed based on market specifics, help with training/retraining process
  • Support employee in negotiation with the manager regarding the creation of future assignments plans, exploring opportunities within the location and technology segment
  • Plan rotations and substitutions upfront, when needed
  • Conduct personal meetings, participation in performance appraisals for selected people (for talents at risk, risky segment, etc.), track progress and provide regular feedback to the newcomer during the trial period
  • Be responsible for the continuous involvement of specialists in projects
  • Conduct dismissal procedure

We are looking for someone who has

  • At least 2 year of experience in HR Business Partnership/People Management/Staffing Partnership or similar roles in outsource IT company
  • Good understanding of the IT outsourcing industry
  • Ability to independently manage priorities and resources in a high volume, client-driven environment
  • Excels in a business-driven approach, demonstrating adaptability to rapidly changing environments and strong ownership in all assigned tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to contribute to team success in achieving collective goals
  • English level — Upper-Intermediate
