P2H is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and collaborate on a major client account in the E-Government sector.
With extensive experience in developing and maintaining E-Government projects of varying complexity, our company provides comprehensive support in all aspects of customer interaction. Our specialists conduct in-depth business analysis to shape future solutions, working closely with developers, UX/UI experts, tech leads, and managers.
Over the past few years, we have been building an ecosystem of E-Government solutions for international clients. Each platform serves as a digital hub, offering electronic services that enable citizens and expatriates to communicate seamlessly with government entities. These solutions are used by thousands of people every minute, and the user base continues to grow.
We structure our teams using a full-fledged Scrum approach, forming dedicated groups for each product. Each team consists of 5-9 specialists, including BE, FE, QA, AQA, BA, SA, and DevOps professionals.
Your impact:
- Lead and oversee business analysis activities for complex E-Government projects.
- Participate in troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and post-integration monitoring of solutions.
- Manage the seamless integration of third-party services (APIs) to ensure optimal functionality across platforms.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define product requirements, align with business objectives, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including detailed use cases, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Provide senior-level support during troubleshooting, testing, and post-integration phases, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
- Create and update advanced technical documentation, integration manuals, guidelines, and training materials for teams and clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact for knowledge sharing, mentoring junior analysts, and leading workshops or product demonstrations for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
- Proven expertise in third-party integrations and managing complex technical ecosystems.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between product, development, and external partners.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, BPMN, Postman, Swagger, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at senior levels.
- Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and business analysis best practices, techniques, and tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis.
- Experience with UML business notation (Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, C4).
- Process modeling expertise using BPMN.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and usability fundamentals, including experience with Figma.
- High level of time management. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
