To ensure a fair assessment of the team’s skills and help everyone grow professionally, my team and I created a skill matrix. Its goal is to unify the requirements for soft and hard skills, help employees understand their strengths and areas for development, and form effective teams for projects.

The system assesses employees by competencies, takes into account 360° feedback, generates results in their personal accounts, and helps create individual development plans. As a result, the tool not only increases transparency in the team but also promotes the professional growth of each team member, supporting a culture of continuous development and improvement.
