Our Business Development team in Riyadh is at the forefront of attracting lucrative opportunities through government and private enterprise tender platforms.

We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Arabic-English Translator to play a pivotal role in our growth in the Middle East.

Role Overview

Location: Remote

As an integral part of the P2H Arabia Business Development team, the Arabic-English Translator will be responsible for translating a variety of documents including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Tender (RFTs), Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from Arabic to English and vice versa.

This role is critical in ensuring that our proposals are accurately presented and maintained in both languages, supporting our regional marketing and sales efforts.

Your impact

  • Translating Documents (AR-EN, EN-AR).
  • Translate RFTs, RFPs, BOQs, tender documentation, business correspondence, and other relevant documents from Arabic to English
  • Translation of our proposals for Ministries in Saudi Arabia
  • The daily quota is 15 A4 format pages using AI (we have a paid subscription for ChatGpt4), Machine Learning, or any other tools
  • The daily quota includes the document translation for both the presales team and government entities.
  • Maintain and update marketing materials, sales set-up documents, and one-page presentations in both Arabic and English
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to understand the nuances of each document to ensure accurate and contextual translation
  • Manage multiple translations under tight deadlines, especially during peak periods when multiple RFPs are released simultaneously
  • Process and translate large amounts of information, capturing the essential details for successful tender submissions and business operations
  • Use of AI tools for translating


  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in translation, particularly within IT outsourcing, software development, product development, or startup environments
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with a high proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated experience in handling business correspondence and official documents
  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage peak workloads efficiently
  • Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and other corporate tools for business purposes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to process and translate large volumes of information accurately
