We’re on the hunt for a skilled Content Marketing Manager to become a key player in our marketing team. If you’re a versatile, imaginative, and seasoned writer passionate about crafting diverse marketing materials, this role could be your perfect fit!

You’ll take charge of developing and managing impactful content and thought leadership initiatives that drive global digital marketing campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, research insights, blogs, website updates, and much more. As our Content Marketing Manager, you will reinforce our position as a trusted partner in web development and product design. Your work will showcase our expertise, strengthen our brand voice, and establish deeper connections with our audience. Through compelling and strategic content, you’ll drive engagement, generate leads, and help us grow lasting relationships with clients who trust us to deliver excellence.

This role is a springboard for future leadership opportunities within our marketing and communications teams. As the Content Marketing Manager, you’ll have the chance to lead high-impact projects, collaborate with top-tier industry professionals, and shape the future of content marketing at GetDevDone (a part of P2H).

Your impact

  • Create Impactful Marketing Content: Develop, write, review, and deliver high-quality marketing materials across various media platforms, showcasing expertise in web technologies, AI, CX, and UI/UX trends.
  • Drive Engagement and Revenue Growth: Craft compelling short- and long-form content such as articles, eBooks, guides, white papers, infographics, case studies, and videos to boost lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Produce High-Impact Campaign Assets: Design engaging promotional materials, including headlines, landing pages, email campaigns, advertisements, and social media content, tailored to an American market with an advanced understanding of technology and design trends.
  • Develop B2B Marketing Excellence: Leverage data, research, and collaboration to create thought leadership assets that resonate with key audiences and personas, driving brand awareness, preference, audience engagement, and website traffic.
  • Collaborate with Industry Leaders: Partner with vertical, product, and channel marketing teams, PR experts, demand generation specialists, marketing operations leaders, subject matter experts, and top-tier marketing agencies to ensure content aligns with strategic goals.
  • Optimize Content Strategies: Manage multiple projects, publish content using advanced CMS tools and systems, and continuously evaluate performance metrics to refine and enhance ongoing marketing efforts.
  • Participate in Team Development: Contribute to project reviews, resource management, and team training sessions to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of four years in publishing, editorial, journalism, content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing in the technology sector.
  • Expertise in Technology and Design: Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex concepts in web technologies, AI, CX, and UI/UX.
  • Marketing Savvy: Proven experience in content creation for a highly competitive market, especially with top-tier marketing agencies.
  • Adaptability and Agility: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work across teams and build partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Preferred experience in managing workflows and timelines effectively.
  • Industry Insights: Experience or familiarity with the contact center industry is a plus.
  • Educational Background: a BA in English or Journalism; alternatively, a BA in Marketing, Liberal Arts, Media, or Communications is a plus.

  • Optimization: Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize content ROI.
