We seek a strategic and innovative Creative Marketing Specialist to lead and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns.

This role involves crafting compelling content strategies, managing multi-channel communication, and optimizing engagement through data-driven insights.

Your impact

  • Develop and manage content-driven marketing campaigns to enhance brand positioning and audience engagement.
  • Research, analyze, and leverage customer behavior insights to refine marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement innovative growth initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Lead the production of engaging video content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other platforms, working with designers, and editors.
  • Manage external communication channels, including LinkedIn, X, blogs, Telegram, and WhatsApp.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or growth marketing within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret consumer behavior, marketing performance, and industry trends.
  • Deep understanding of UX/CX principles and their role in marketing effectiveness.
  • Social media expertise with a keen ability to leverage emerging trends and tools to maximize engagement.

Preferred Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, X, ABM, GTM, and B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with Y Combinator-style growth tactics and AI-driven marketing tools.
