We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in web analytics, data visualization, and working with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and SQL. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and communication skills to support business decisions and improve data-driven performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics Setup and Configuration:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Implement, configure, and create events, goals, and custom parameters.
- Google Tag Manager (GTM): Configure tags, triggers, and variables.
- Facebook Pixel / Conversions API: Configure events and server-side tracking.
- Data Layer: Understand, implement, and troubleshoot data layers.
- Server-Side Analytics: Set up and maintain server-side tracking using tools such as Google Cloud, BigQuery, and GTM Server-Side.
- Write detailed technical requirements (specifications) for developers to implement or refine tracking codes for user behavior monitoring.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio): Visualize data in dashboards and create insightful reports.
- Google Sheets / Excel: Use formulas and pivot tables for data processing.
- SQL (BigQuery, ClickHouse): Write and optimize queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Analyze CRM and SQL data for advanced reporting and integrate insights into Power BI dashboards.
Working with Code:
- JavaScript (basic): Write and debug scripts within GTM.
- Regular Expressions (RegEx): Filter and process data effectively.
- Python (basic): Process data and manage API requests.
- Basic HTML and CSS: Understand and modify code as needed.
Integrations and API Management:
- Work with APIs, including Google Ads API, Meta API, and GA4 API, to connect data sources.
- Integrate data from CRM systems with analytics platforms for deeper insights.
Tools and Platforms You’ll Use:
- Google Analytics 4: User behavior analysis.
- Google Tag Manager: Tracking configuration and management.
- Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau: Data visualization and reporting.
- BigQuery / SQL: Database management and data extraction.
- Google Sheets / Excel: Data analysis and reporting.
- Python: Data processing and script development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of business KPIs (e.g., LTV, ROMI, CAC).
- Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work with large datasets efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with marketers, developers, and clients.
- Experience working with tools like Confluence and Jira for project management and documentation.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Advanced knowledge of server-side analytics setup.
- Familiarity with CRM analytics and integrating with other platforms.
- Proficiency in Python for API integration and automation tasks.
