P2H is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive the company’s online presence and performance marketing strategy.
In this role, you will develop and own the digital marketing strategy in collaboration with the CMO, ensuring a direct impact on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The strategy will be set based on business goals and revenue targets for the next financial year.
The success of this role will be measured by tangible KPIs focused on revenue generation, lead quality, and sales impact, rather than vanity metrics. Applicants must have a proven track record in executing performance-driven marketing strategies with clear financial outcomes.
Your Responsibilities:
— Align digital efforts with business objectives, designing and optimizing high-converting customer journeys and digital funnels that drive measurable results.
— Eliminate low-performing efforts and shift focus to data-driven, high-ROI activities, ensuring every digital investment contributes directly to revenue growth.
— Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
— Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels.
— Oversee content marketing initiatives — blogs, case studies, and thought leadership materials.
— Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize conversion rates and campaign ROI.
— Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Recruitment) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
— Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and inbound traffic.
— Lead social media marketing efforts and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
— Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize impact.
— Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and apply best practices to improve engagement and conversion.
Take an active, hands-on approach to executing digital marketing campaigns across key channels:
— Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) in collaboration with the PPC Specialist.
— SEO & Content Marketing in partnership with the SEO Lead and Content Marketing Manager to ensure performance-driven content.
— Marketing Automation & CRM Strategies to optimize lead nurturing and conversion rates.
— Social Media & Engagement Strategies to amplify brand presence and thought leadership.
— CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) to improve landing pages, CTAs, and ad performance.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
— Define and track key KPIs to ensure marketing success.
— Leverage data analytics, A/B testing, and attribution modeling to optimize digital marketing efforts.
— Continuously refine the marketing strategy based on real-time performance insights.
Key Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
— Proven track record in scaling digital marketing efforts and directly impacting sales.
— Strong expertise in multi-channel performance marketing, marketing automation, and CRO.
— Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, email marketing, and marketing analytics tools.
— Ability to analyze data, measure success, and pivot strategies for continuous improvement.
— Experience working in AI-driven, hyper-personalized marketing is a plus.
— Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
— Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.
— Experience in B2B marketing (IT, SaaS, or tech industry) is a must have
