P2H is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our pipeline by researching, tracking, and engaging potential clients. You will be responsible for managing and updating leads in our CRM, conducting initial outreach, and re-engaging lost prospects through a personalized approach.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to qualify leads efficiently. If you thrive in sales prospecting, lead research, and CRM management, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Referral Channel Management:

  • Research & Analysis: Investigate and map networks of our current brand promoters to identify prospects that align with our ICP.
  • Data Enrichment: Utilize research tools to gather actionable insights and validate contact information.
  • Network Engagement: Develop targeted outreach strategies to engage potential referrals and build lasting relationships.
  • Sales Triggers: Monitor and identify key sales triggers such as recent job changes, funding events, or new campaigns, and align outreach efforts accordingly.

Inbound Lead Nurturing:

  • Lead Qualification: Manage inbound leads that are not immediately ready for sales by assessing their fit and timing.
  • Personalized Communication: Craft and execute personalized communication strategies to nurture leads until they become sales-ready.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs for hot leads, while continuing to manage and nurture cooler prospects.

Lost Leads Recovery:

  • Reconnect & Re-engage: Identify and re-engage with leads who have previously worked with the company but are no longer active.
  • Research & Analysis: Analyze the reasons behind the lead attrition and develop strategies for reactivation.
  • Tailored Outreach: Use personalized messaging to address past concerns and showcase new value propositions.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospect research, or sales development (experience with North American markets is a plus).
  • Strong ability to work with warm leads, inbound referrals, and reactivation campaigns.
  • Excellent research and data-matching skills to align prospects with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills—accuracy matters!
  • Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Clear and professional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proactive, self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
