As our LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll drive our outreach efforts, connecting with top-tier clients and building a pipeline that will impress your colleagues.

We’re not just looking for someone to follow a playbook. We want an innovator, a trailblazer who can sniff out new lead sources and dream up approaches that’ll leave our competition in the dust. Your analytical mind will dive deep into Ideal Customer Profiles, uncovering needs they didn’t even know they had.

Your impact

  • Identify and qualify contacts/companies based on set targets
  • Execute outbound LinkedIn and email campaigns
  • Discover new lead sources, ICPs, and innovative approaches
  • Build a robust pipeline targeting medium to large enterprises
  • Analyze ICPs to identify hidden needs and craft tailored solutions
  • Warm up leads with valuable content and personalized follow-ups
  • Create and test high-impact, personalized messaging
  • Manage responses: personalize messages, handle warm-ups, and follow up
  • Maintain accurate lead information in CRM

We are looking for someone who has

  • 1,5+ years experience in IT industry lead generation
  • Strong written and spoken English (upper-intermediate or higher)
  • Proficiency with lead generation and outreach automation tools
  • Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Experience with AI tools is a plus
