P2H is looking for a Partnership Manager to drive the strategic expansion of our external vendor network. This role is key to scaling our business and enhancing our development capabilities by building strong partnerships with future providers.

Your impact
- Establish and grow a strategic vendor network to expand the company’s capabilities and service offerings.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard external partners to support business scalability and operational efficiency.
- Foster long-term partnerships, ensuring seamless collaboration, alignment with company standards, and continuous improvement.
- Negotiate agreements and define terms of cooperation, optimizing relationships for mutual success.
- Oversee vendor performance, conducting regular assessments to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Management, to align vendor solutions with client needs.
- Optimize the vendor management strategy, streamlining processes and identifying new opportunities for business growth.
We are looking for someone who has
- 1+ years of experience in business development, vendor management, or vendor partnerships.
- Experience in building and managing external partner networks (recruitment agencies, outsourcing firms, or staffing vendors).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills — ability to manage external stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate vendor performance and hiring success.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English
- Proactivity and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently.
