In this role, you will focus on talent support and retention, resource management, collaboration with Delivery, and developing an effective internal staffing strategy.

You will also maintain talent reports, advise Project and Delivery Managers on skill availability, and ensure specialists’ continuous project engagement.

Your impact

  • Support the full talent life cycle, from pre-onboarding to offboarding.
  • Develop and adjust Personal Development Plans (PDPs) for each talent using existing templates.
  • Advise talent on in-demand skills and industry trends, assisting with training and retraining efforts.
  • Collaborate with PMs and DMs to plan rotations and substitutions as needed.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with talent quarterly.
  • Participate in performance reviews for at-risk talent and key segments.
  • Track progress and provide regular feedback to talent during the trial period.
  • Ensure the continuous engagement of specialists in ongoing projects.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Business Partnership, People Management, Staffing Partnership, or similar roles in an IT outsourcing company.
  • Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing industry.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and resources in a high-volume, client-focused environment.
  • Business-driven mindset with adaptability to changing environments and strong ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to contribute to team success and collective goals.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
