About Role
You will be a key recruitment expert and business partner of hiring managers across the Middle East and specifically the KSA job market.
Fully remote work.
Your impact
- Act as a recruitment expert and business partner for hiring managers by sharing knowledge and giving consultancies regarding the Middle East job market
- Identify Hiring Needs: collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements
- Create Job Postings: develop and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Source Candidates: use job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates.
- Screen and Shortlist: Review applications and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates.
- Conduct Interviews: Arrange and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit.
- Select Candidates: Assess and select the best candidates for the role.
- Extend Offers and Negotiate: Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Participate in Employer Brand activities
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has at least 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment in the Middle East job market
- Has successful cases in filling IT positions on the KSA IT job market
- Is a native Arabic speaker and has at least Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
- Has excellent presentation skills
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Online interview with a Recruiter — up to 45 minutes
- Online interview with the Recruitment Team — up to 1 hour
- Technical interview with Pre-Sales Director — up to 45 minutes
