Revenue Enablement specialist

supports frontline revenue organization (Sales and Account Managers) through education, guides on sales, account, and marketing best practices, high-impact collateral, manager-to-client communication, and assistance with implementing tools/technology/data to improve seller effectiveness.

Your impact

  • Delivering high-quality resources (collateral, templates, and other documents), and training (onboarding, continuing education)
  • Creating, adapting, maintaining and organizing external-facing collateral (sales decks, offerings, one-pagers, case studies, loom videos, and other leave-behinds)
  • Scripting of rock-solid messaging, customized according to the needs and use cases of prospective clients. (including emails, social posts, and phone call scripts) that drives high engagement and conversion.
  • Becoming an expert on the sales/up-sale process (including moonlighting/shadowing Account Managers, Delivery, and Tech Pre-Sale Engineers) to gain the context necessary to make your materials and training relevant
  • Creating, maintaining, and organizing a revenue enablement content repository to provide easy access to relevant resources, collateral, and competitive intelligence.
  • Creating online training content that equips members of our Revenue team with the essential industry and product knowledge, practice opportunities, coaching, and feedback to be successful in their role
  • Planning and implementing high-impact integrated campaigns for pipeline generation including but not limited to outbound sales sequences, ABM, field marketing, tradeshows, and events.
  • Owning logistics of sales and account managers’ onboarding programs
  • Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to drive strategic alignment, campaigns, communication, and new efficiencies across the organization.
  • Being flexible and hyper-responsive to the changing needs of our Revenue Team when it comes to collateral and documentation.

We are looking for someone who has

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales enablement, content management, portfolio management, doing any or all of the responsibilities listed above.
  • A love for writing. You’re great with words, you believe in good grammar, you can get a point across in a succinct and concise manner, you can adapt to write for different audiences, and you genuinely enjoy it.
  • Unparalleled attention to detail, especially while multitasking — you will be doing a lot of things at the same time, and you need to be able to execute each one of them with excellence.
  • A proven ability to multitask — see above — and be a team player
  • An incredibly organized and process-minded, and enjoy looking for ways to improve efficiency and automate tasks.
  • Experience with common marketing and sales technology, including Hubspot, Reply.io, Chorus.ai, or similar tools.
  • An eager desire to learn and grow, you’re hungry to make things happen, you can listen to feedback, you enjoy a laugh, and you’re a good person.
  • A passion for finding new ways to execute ideas in different channels — you need to understand and enjoy marketing and sales.
  • A love for the science behind the process, constantly testing and refining the process, and messaging for incremental improvements.
  • English: C1 or above

Nice to have

  • Experienced with one or more standard sales methodologies such as Challenger, Sandler, or Solution Selling.
  • Have 1-3 years of Sales Enablement experience
  • Being fluent in other European languages
  • Experience in a large (500+) software development organization

Team

An experienced AM Lead who’s going to be a manager and mentor for a Revenue Enablement specialist, and two Account Managers, and we’re looking for a RevOps specialist to join us too. Also, you’ll be closely collaborating with Marketing and Delivery functions.
