Your impact
- Defining and creating metrics, reports, workflows, and dashboards from CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and other sales tools that provide visibility into sales performance.
- Optimizing sales and up-sale processes, including lead management, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
- Efficiently evaluate the flow of leads through the process, identify potential bottlenecks, and advise the leadership team on how to address them.
- Providing analytical insights and reports on sales activities, trends, and performance to support data-driven decision-making.
- Developing and maintaining account analytics dashboards and tools to enable accurate and timely reporting, KPI setting process, budgeting, forecasting, and recommend changes.
- Identify areas for improvement within the Account Management organization and implement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of strategies.
- Analyzing, and identifying gaps in reps’ productivity data and providing actionable enhancement and refinement to workflow processes
- Support the reporting, calculations, and management of the AM team commission plan and partner with Finance to manage the commission payout calculations.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies related to sales operations and data analysis and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
- Managing the AM productivity software stack. Work with the Revenue Enablement manager to ensure the sales team is skilled in using the tools and technologies to full effect.
- Cross-checking and validating data in CRM and other systems, reporting, budgets, and performance reports. Maintaining good data hygiene.
- Supporting account managers and sales reps by automating things like admin tasks to free up more of their time for communication with customers.
- Creating and managing documentation, including sales plans, SOPs, job aids, Playbooks, and other process paperwork.
We are looking for someone who has
- 3 years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience in a sales operations role, consulting role, or business development/specialist role.
- A self-starter, comfortable in a dynamic and fast-changing environment; comfortable with change and at times ambiguity. You are someone who leans into challenges looking for ways to improve the situation with scalable solutions.
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and collaborate well across geographies and remote teams
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and tasks simultaneously
- Well-versed in CRM, Excel, Notion, Google Spreadsheets, and similar productivity tools
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement changes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Intermediate English proficiency
Nice to have
- Understand the universe of targets, sales segmentation, skill sets and capacity planning models, ramp times, and quotas required to achieve sales targets.
- Familiar with standard sales methodologies such as Miller-Heiman or Challenger
- Have 1-3 years of Sales/Revenue Operations experience
- Being fluent in English
- Experience in a large (1000+) software development organization
Team
An experienced AM Lead who’s going to be a manager and mentor for RevOps specialist, two Account Managers. Also, you’ll be closely collaborating with Marketing and Delivery functions.
