Your impact

Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and targeted prospecting to closing deals and contracting.
  • Achieve sales targets (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly) by ethically promoting company products.
  • Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities within existing and new business areas.

Account and Relationship Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account management plans to meet tactical and strategic client needs.
  • Manage post-sales activities, including relationship maintenance, invoicing, and collections.
  • Build and leverage relationships through networking to develop new customer connections.

Client Engagement and Presentation

  • Coordinate client presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms and conditions.
  • Tailor technology solutions to customer needs to enhance their experience and drive satisfaction.

Collaboration and Strategic Planning

  • Work closely with Presales and Marketing teams to align on strategy and support sales efforts.
  • Assess opportunities and develop account plans to strengthen business relationships and maximize client value.

Reporting and Forecasting

  • Prepare and deliver progress reports and sales forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Arabic language – native
  • English language – fluent
  • At least 4 years of experience in Sales/Account Management in Public or Private Sectors
  • At least 2 years of Sales experience in the field of Information and Technology solutions (software or IT solutions)
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Proven experience in guiding clients to see the unique value of sophisticated, groundbreaking solutions.
  • Persuasive Abilities: Strong skills in presenting customer-centric solutions to key decision-makers (CMO, Marketing Directors, Product and Technical Heads).
  • Business Insight and Negotiation: Solid understanding of business and financial principles, with the ability to negotiate impactful agreements.
  • Technical and Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to understand how technology solutions address specific business challenges.
  • Account Management Experience: Preferred background in account management to support ongoing client relationships and drive value-based decisions.

Nice to have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science is a plus as is business experience in an engineering, technical, and consulting environment
