Role Overview:
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a critical role in restructuring our recruitment processes to accommodate quick staffing for new projects, particularly as we expand into new markets. While the team is currently small, you will be responsible for building scalable recruitment processes to support future growth. Your role will be to ensure timely staffing, clear understanding of roles, timelines, and SLAs, while also reassessing key performance metrics in recruitment. This role requires close collaboration with the delivery and sales teams to align on staffing needs. You will oversee a growing team of recruiters, sourcers, and an analyst across multiple regions, drive team performance, and execute the expansion of recruitment efforts in GCC region.
Additionally, you will implement programs for recruiter motivation and management training.
Key responsibilities:
- Implementing Quick Staffing Processes: Develop and execute efficient and rapid staffing processes, focusing on all components necessary for success, particularly for new markets.
- Expansion Management: Lead recruitment efforts for GCC region, particularly Egypt and KSA. Take cultural differences into account in the recruitment process. Ensuring cultural understanding and effective team integration.
- OKR Management: Implement, advise on revisions as necessary, and track OKRs for the recruitment team to ensure alignment with company goals and key business outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and manage, growing team of 3 recruiters, 1 sourcer, and 1 analyst (Ukraine, Europe, Egypt). Ensure effective workload management, performance tracking, and expansion of the recruitment team in KSA and Egypt.
- Motivation Programs Implementation: Develop and implement recruitment and motivation programs for the team, and train managers on new processes and best practices.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the delivery and sales teams to align staffing needs with project timelines, roles, and SLA requirements.
- Metrics & Performance: Revise key metrics for recruitment effectiveness and ensure the team consistently meets performance goals.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain and update the knowledge base on Confluence to ensure current processes and best practices are accessible.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
- At least 2 years in a Talent Acquisition Lead role.
- Strong understanding of how staffing processes work for quick market entry.
- Proven experience in building rapid staffing processes for new overseas markets is highly desirable.
- Experience working with diverse cultural environments and understanding cultural nuances in recruitment.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency.
- Strong leadership and operational excellence capabilities.

Recruitment process
- Online Engagement and Alignment Interview: 45 minutes with a recruiter.
- Competency-Based Interview: 1 hour with the Head of HR and Communications.
- Final Interview: 1.5 hours with the Head of Recruitment and HRD.
